JDC Supply will work with a new finishing supervisor over a 3 month period to develop the skills necessary to manage the finishing department and make sure all quality improvement objectives are met.

JDC Supply will develop step panels for in-house color control. Step panels we be used as master color standards to ensure consistent quality of all out-going material.

Create specific, well-documented finishing schedules.

JDC Supply will create a step-by-step finishing schedule that ensures color processes are followed correctly every time, even if someone leaves your organization or someone new arrives.

Develop written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
